Mae P. Hollis, age 91, was called home on October 10, 2019. Preceded in death by parents Mercy and Rosie Bud King, spouse Boizer Hollis, Jr., sons Boizia Hollis, III and Timothy Hollis, and many siblings. Left to cherish her memory, children, Fred (Rose) Hollis, Ella F. Hargro, Patricia Hollis, and Jacqueline (Dean) Taylor; grandsons, Jonathan M. (Mary Reed) Hargro, Tito (Christina) Hollis, Eric Oliver, Rasheed Hollis, Von M. Hubbard; great grandson, Rasaan Hollis; siblings, Francis Smith, Love Greens, and ST (Hattie) King; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Home-going Celebration 11AM and visitation 10AM Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Rhema Christian Center, 2100 Agler Rd. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES, 4019 E. Livingston Ave., Cols., OH. 614-444-1GOD (1463).

To the Hollis family, our family (Couch) have been friends for over 50 years. We have been through the ups and downs as good friends and neighbors go through together. I feel your lost of your mother. Mrs. Hollis was always good and very kind to me and to my family. She has lived a very good life and we know God has another angel. I lost my mother 3 months ago and I now know she has an old friend with her and they both are sitting on a cloud looking down on us laughing and praying saying what are we going to do with are kids. Jackie, I am so sorry that I am unable to be there for you as you were there for me. But just know that you and your family are in my heart and prayers. We love you and your family. May God be with you.
