Martha L. "Marty" Ring

RING (SUVER) Martha "Marty" L. Ring, age 77, passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, April 9, 2005. Born June 14, 1928, Marty lived a life filled with love, laughter, faith and joy. Her enthusiasm for life was contagious and a gift that she shared freely with all who knew her. Marty was retired from Bell Laboratory (AT&T). As a lifetime member of the Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, Marty was active in the Stephen's Ministry and lent her beautiful voice to the "Super Seniors" chorus. In addition to her church activities, she was a member and advocate of the Reynoldsburg Senior Center. Marty is survived by devoted husband, Richard; loving son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Kathy Ogdin; adoring siblings, Nancy (Edgar) Elfrink and Richard (Gaye) Suver; and a host of nieces and nephews. Marty is also survived by a multitude of life-long friends in whom she found great joy and happiness. She was preceded in death by beloved parents William "Roy" and Dorothy Suver. A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 10 a.m. at EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 4171 E. Livingston Ave. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made on Marty's behalf to the Life Center at Wesley Ridge, 2225 St. Route 256, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
