Michael McCreary Obituary

McCREARY Michael C. McCreary, 49, of Burlington, N.C., formerly of Etna, Oh., passed away January 2, 2008, at his home. He is survived by brother, Raymond (Cindy) McCreary of Pataskala, Oh.; sisters, Bonnie (Dan) Rine and Patsy (Dave) Hickle of Hebron, Oh.; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was employed by the Burlington Times News and Sheetz. The family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, January 12 at LOWE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Burlington, N.C. A family and friends gathering will also be held at the home of Raymond McCreary, Sunday, January 20, from 1-4 p.m. "Sign the online guestbook at www.dispatch.com/obituaries"

I was in Ohio visiting friends and family when I read about Mike passing away. Our thoughts and prayers are with you - Bonnie, Raymond and Patsy. I will also let Ed Wilson know. He is to be here on Sat. the 19th. Keep A Song In Your Heart.

this is such a shock...i talked with mike a few months ago..i guess no one really knows...i grew up with mike in etna..played a lot of nerf ball and baseball and such...mike was a very caring person. my condolences go out to his family and fiance...

I remember Mike from school - he worked hard to keep his grades up for his own image and for his mom Ethel - he frequently stopped in the office to touch base with her - Our sympathy to Mike's family and friends - he was a good guy -one that you were glad to see in school each day -
