You and I went to high school together (85) and were even in the same classes together. I appreciated your outgoing nature so much (thank you for that!). I knew your mom and husband and they were both very lovely. So sorry to hear of your unexpected passing at 40 while on a travel trip(July 5th). I worked with Molly at Anthem BCBS for several years. She was so kind and helpful to me when I first came into her unit. She always had time to help me and answer questions. She was great to work with. I am so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for your families during this time.

My mother called to tell me of your loss. Rich, my heart and prayers are extended to you and your family. Tom and I offer you support in any way we can. You have always had a special part in my heart as I recall you as a young man who enjoyed a good laugh, extended help freely and kindly, and always, always upheld the most positive attitude in the most difficult situations. Your wife sounded lovely and a true blessing in your life. I wish I had known her and I thank God you had the time to be with such a beautiful woman. I knew Molly through her care and concern for those experiencing the loss of a child. She helped many of us work through and express our love and grief for the loss of our most precious babies. Although I did not meet her in person, through her messages on line she has touched my heart and helped my family. She was such an inspiration to me. I will be forever grateful for all she has done for me and my family through her kind words and helpful insight. My heart is so sadden by the loss of such an incredibly kind and caring mother and friend.

Our sincere condolences extended to you. May the days, weeks, months, and years ahead bring you once again to a place of joy and peace knowing that Molly is guiding your way.
Molly is a beautiful person with a soul made of gold.
We met online through her supportive grief group. Molly always took time for everyone and anyone, and she helps people in ways unimaginable.
While I never had the privilege of meeting her in person, she will always be my friend and mentor. Molly shows incredible regard for others as manifested by her actions.
She is an inspiration and a true blessing to my life!
May her eternal light shine as bright as the stars in the sky at night.

I am so very sorry for your loss. My son went to school with Alex at Cherrington and Alex played softball with Katie this past year at South. My mind keeps flashing back to seeing you at Wal-Mart in SC buying toys for the little ones and wondering can this be true. I was shocked and saddened to see this in the paper. I cannot imagine how your hearts must ache. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all! May God sustain you all in the next coming days, months, and years!

Dear Rich, Alex, Luke and Grace,
I am heartbroken and deeply saddened. Molly was a person that we all (the entire pre-school team) LOVED to see and chat with. She was a JOY to know during this lifetime, and frankly, I very much look forward to seeing her again in paradise. Molly's language is love, joy, exuberance, and spirit filled. I pray God's peace over your family in the coming days and months. I will be faithfully seeking God's grace and healing touch for each of you, and in the days to come please know that Molly spoke such a language of love that she touched more lives than you can imagine. Words cannot explain the sadness I feel for the loss of such a beautiful soul. I went to high school with Molly. I saw her again when our children were at the same elementary school. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I will miss Molly with all of my heart. She was an amazing woman. She was always so happy and cheerful. You could just hear her smiling when ever I talked to her on the phone. I will forever cherish getting to spend the day with you celebrating Luke and Gracie's 1st birthday and when you all came to visit us in Indy. Alex your mom was so incredibly proud of you. She was forever telling me about all that you have accomplished and loving sharing your soccer stories with us. Luke and Gracie your mommy adored you. I have never met a lady who loved her children more than Molly loved all of you. I know you all are heartbroken and I wish I could take away your pain. Your mommy will live on in your hearts and through all that you do. We love you all if you need anything at all just let us know.

I am so sorry for your loss. Molly was a dear friend that I originally met online, but had the joy of spending a few days with in real life, and meeting some of you. I met Molly on an internet infertility support group about 8 years ago. She became a close friend - someone I was blessed to meet in person (along with her family) on more than one occasion.
Molly took my breath away. She never met a challenge she couldn't beat. She educated herself, helped others, and kept on going until that challenge became one more thing she tucked under her belt.
I loved Molly, and I will miss her every day. I'll miss her big laugh, that filled the room. I'll miss how much she cared about every single person in our group. I'll miss how much she advocated for her kids. I'll miss how much it meant to know that she was on my side. I'd like to think she still is.
My love and condolences to Molly's family - her mom & dad, Rich, Alex, Grace, Luke, and everyone else who has been touched so much by her spirit. We'll miss you, dear Molly.

Molly and I went to high school together, and I was blessed to see her at get-togethers of North friends over the years. To the Doon and Beard Families--I am so sorry and saddened to hear about Molly. I have so many memories of her from when we were kids, playing softball, and being part of Mrs. Hotze's "favored few" at Mark Twain.
The summers we played softball together and hung out are some of my best memories. I had no idea there were so many "hot" baseball players, but thanks to Molly I soon had all their cards too (Pete Cey, Steve Garvey, etc.).
She made me laugh so easily, and I remember she laughed with her whole body.
I will miss her spirit and the brightness she added to my world.
