Quite a few years have gone by, but maybe someone will read this and enjoy some old memories. My mom & dad were friends with Norm & Janet, so we knew them and their 4 girls growing up. And we used to see Janet, Nancy, Jill, and other family members in FL in later years. Janet made the plans to meet at her house or the beach or for a boat ride. Dad & Mom happily went along, then later just dad. Whoever was around got to join in. I invited them to dinner at dad´s. I used to make concoctions in the blender when we had citrus trees. After Janet & Nancy passed, John & I met Homer & Jill a couple of times at Farlow´s. Now we´ve lost touch, but you are not forgotten. Nancy was quite an accomplished lady! It´s been great knowing her family.

Ah, this is still so bittersweet! Still after all this time I can say all the more that few have made the lasting impact in my life as your mom did, Jill. Her leadership sought the best for everyone and her grace and poise still inspires me to this day. And quite possibly the most beautiful part of her story is that her legacy lives on through you and the lives you touch everyday. No doubt she is exceedingly proud of you, Jill much love to you, amber

We are so sad to hear of Nancy's death. She was definitely one of the most positive people we have known and made such a great impact on our childrens' lives, not only as swim coach and AD but for being such a warm person. Hilliard and all of us are the poorer for her loss. Our deepest sympathy to her family.

Mrs. Burbridge was my freshman Algebra-Prep teacher and a very dear friend. She was an incredible teacher - definitely one of my favorites. She always supported my gymnastics and even brought her granddaughter to my gym for classes (Universal Gymnasts, Inc. in Hilliard). I am shocked by the news of her death. Had no idea she was ill. My prayers are with the Jill and her family.

I had Mrs. Burbridge as my freshman Algebra teacher. She was so wonderful to me and very patient. I think I came to school early that entire year because I never understood the previous night's homework. She was so kind and understanding. She was definitely at the top of my "favorite teachers" list. Prayers are going out to her family.

I only knew Nancy thru her sister-in-law, Barb. She will be missed, I am very sorry for your loss, but know that she is with Mike and no longer in pain. My prayers are with you and your family.
