Norbert C. "Norm" Henslee

HENSLEE Norbert "Norm" C. Henslee, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, age 76, of Hilliard, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Served as a proud Marine in The Korean Conflict and awarded the Purple Heart, truck driver for 36 years, retired from Columbus Distributing, and was a volunteer for Riverside Hospital. Preceded in death by parents Glendola Vannoy and Norman Henslee. Survived by loving wife of 53 years, Margaret Ilene; children, Judy (Larry) Doyle of Columbus, Terry Henslee of Granville, and Brad Henslee of Mt. Vernon; brothers, Robert (Maureen) Henslee of Grandview, Norman Gene (Norma) Henslee of Orient, Roger (Joanne) Henslee of Canfield, OH; sister, Anna (Henslee) and Doug Swackhammer of Marysville; brothers, Richard (Gayle) Mohler of Columbus, Paul William Wonderly of Columbus; sister, Diane (John) Thompson of Columbus; grandchildren, Terry L. "T.J." Henslee, Daniel and Matthew Henslee of Granville, Angela (Matt) Stewart of Columbus, Erica Morris of Columbus, Andrea Henslee of Pittsburgh, Jessica (Chris) Llewellyn of Columbus, Brenda Henslee of Columbus, Brian Doyle of Dayton and fiancee, Laura Shaw, Eric and Scott Doyle of Columbus, Ben Henslee and Erin Judd of Columbus, and Tena and Toni Henslee of Westerville; great grandchildren, Xander and Aiden Llewellyn, Caleb Stewart, Abigail Morris, Alexa Bean; and many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
