Oliver Maxwell Clary "Ollie/Max", age 27, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Although he fought courageously, he succumbed to overwhelming complications at 6:18 PM CST. Graduate of Hilliard Davidson High School, Class of 2012. During the midst of medical crises and setbacks, Oliver never lost his amazing sense of humor, love and spirit. Oliver was an artist with natural talent, an aspiring author, cartoonist and film maker. He spent every moment reading, creating art, writing and bringing joy to our lives. Preceded in death by brother Michael C. McHenry, grandmother Barcy Clary, grandparents Rita and Harry Ries. Survived by parents, Joanne and James Ries Clary; siblings, Grace Clary and Kaitlyn (Mark) Swicegood; nephews, Wesley and Colin Swicegood; numerous aunts, uncles; cousins; loving relatives; and a host of good friends. Family will receive friends SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2021 from 2-4pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 4pm at THE TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St., Hilliard, OH 43026.
