KINZER Phillip Andrew Kinzer "Phil or Uncle Phil", 70, of Galloway, OH, passed on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Doctors West Hospital. He was born in Columbus, OH on November 10, 1941. A graduate of Central High School of Columbus, member of Teamster Local 413, and Safety Driver for Consolidated Freightways for 30 years. Preceded in death by his parents Kenneth E. Banks, Sr. and Julia Phillips-Kinzer, siblings Blimpy Banks, Julia Banks, Wilberta Lanford, Bernard Kinzer, and Brenda Brodie. Survived by his loving wife of more than 40 years, Sharon; daughter, Diana (Bruce) Kinzer-Howard; granddaughter, Sophia (James) Howard-Smith; great-grandchildren, James and Jayla Smith; siblings, Sylvia Kenmar Banks and Kenneth E. Banks, Jr.; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family would like to thank the dedicated and empathetic staff of Dr. Sarwar of Grant Hospital and the staff of Doctor's Hospital/Hospice for the tender care and comfort provided.
