Phyllis Moorehead Obituary

MOOREHEAD Phyllis D. Moorehead, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 5, 2007, at OSU Hospital. She was born to the union of Robert and Phyllis Moorehead on October 3, 1957, in Columbus, OH. A sweet and loving daughter and sister is preceded in death by her mother and grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memories, father, Robert Moorehead; sisters, Crystal Lewis and Robin Moorehead; grandmother, Helen Greenway; nieces and nephews, Tamme, Peanut (Starla), Keir, Somer, Travis, and DeAndra; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends, including special friends, Sheree, Pumkin, and Darlene. Memorial Service 6 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2007, at J. MARTIN SMITH MORTUARY, 1173 E. Hudson St., 447-9383. Elder Beverly A. Crockett of Morenio Valley, CA, is officiating.
