Richard Harlow Obituary
Richard Smith "Rick" Harlow of Charleston, WV, died on 3/5/18. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Naomi Harlow, brother Glenn Harlow and sister Polly Harlow Greene. Rick was born in Charleston, WV. He is survived by daughters, Catherine Harlow and Christina (Harlow) Stroup, husband, Ethan Stroup; grandsons, James and Elliott Stroup; and brothers, Scott and Jeff Harlow. The memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, March 17, at Parkview Presbyterian Church, 6969 E Livingston Ave, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Visitation will begin an hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, [email protected]. Condolences may be sent to [email protected].
