Bob was a gentleman and a scholar. Best friends with my grandfather, I knew him while I was growing up. Taught me a secret hand shake that I will keep with me forever. God bless the Knott family.

I was proud and honored to call him, Dad Knott. He called me his 3rd daughter and always made me so very special when I was around him. Dad could tell the funniest jokes, some belly laugh and some just plain silly. Even if they were not funny, I laughed! I practically lived at The Knott household from the ages of 13-18. We had many things in common. Two of them were Ohio State Football and playing Golf. We could talk about these two subjects for hours on end!The love he had for his family was palpable. And, I know why I wanted to spend as much time with my 2nd family....because of the love they shared for one another. So, I am blessed to have my parents, and my 2nd parents, Bob and Sally Knott who helped make me the person I am today. And, Jeff, Julie and Jane are siblings in every sense of the word. How wonderful to be loved......

I will miss you Dad Knott. Thank you for loving me.

Your 3rd Daughter, Heidi
