Ruth Ricketts

RICKETTS Ruth Ricketts, 77, of Columbus, died Monday, December 13, 2010. She was born March 15, 1933 in Columbus to the late John and Alice Millington. She is a North High School Alumni and a member of Clintonville Womens Club. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She is preceded in death by siblings Anna, John, Bill and Mary. She is survived by Dwight her husband of sixty years; children, Virginia Ricketts, Dwight (April) Ricketts, David (Martha) Ricketts, siblings Robert (Mary) Millington, Fred Millington, twins, Frank (Sue) Millington and Frances Cottrell and Theodore (Virginia) Millington; grandchildren, David, Nicole and Melissa. Family will receive friends Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of I-270), where a funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow in Kingwood Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Columbus Zoo.
