Stanley Ross Obituary

ROSS Stanley "Stan" J. Ross, age 56, completed his life's work on Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at Mt. Carmel West. Preceded in death by father Thomas Ross. Survived by loving wife of 22 years, Patrice; daughter, Becca; and son, Tom Ross; mother, Thelma Ross; sisters, Lura Ross and Roberta (Chuck) McIntyre; and many other relatives and friends. A proud graduate of the University of Michigan and the College - Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. Stan was passionate about Music, which he taught at Columbus State Community College. He enjoyed woodworking with hand tools and spending time with his family. Stan's greatest delight in life was his children. He will be dearly missed by all. Friends may call from 2–4 and 6–8 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 2008, at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Funeral Service 11:30 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2008, at Parkview United Methodist Church. Pastor Patricia Cook officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to the Music Program at Columbus State Community College, 550 E. Spring St., Columbus, OH 43215.
