McCOY, Sr. Stephen Craig McCoy, Sr. A graveside service, celebrating the life of Stephen C. McCoy, Sr., 66, of Thornville, will be held Monday, December 20, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Mifflin Cemetery, Gahanna, Ohio. A luncheon will follow at the VFW Hall in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. Stephen died Thursday, December 16, 2010 following an extended illness. He was born in Columbus, the son of the late Robert L. and Rose Marie (Gallagher). He was a graduate of The Ohio State University. He was an entrepreneur, owning three businesses. He was an avid sports fan, especially OSU sports, but loved all Ohio sport teams. He was a member of the Eagles and the VFW in Buckeye Lake and the AMVets of Thornville. He is survived by his loving family, his wife, Peiling; his son, Steve, Jr. (Julie) of Pastaskala; his sister, Kathy (Al) Partlow of Hebron; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Drew, Mackenzie, Bailey and Kendall.
