Daddy,
Thanks for everything. From the things done in the open, the things said in secret, that which we know and the things we will only understand by and by, thanks.
I promise to take care of the family and continue making you proud.
All my love.

My condolence goes out to the Adams’ family. It seems as though we are being reunited with our club members and friends through the obituaries. It is also a sign for us to prepare ourselves, because we really do not know the day or hour that the Lord will call for us. Therefore, I am preparing myself and I pray that all of the Adams’ family and friends are doing the same. Know that refuge in a time like this is in the Lord. It is time to try Jesus. I have learned that in this time of sorrow it can be a time of joy when we know that our love ones have made peace with God. Know too, that I will keep you all in my prayers. In the words of Bishop Jakes, Get Ready! Get Ready! Get Ready!

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

To Tiera and the Adams family,
What a wonderful friendship we had with Tim. He made us smile each time we encountered him. We are praying for you and are here if you need us. When you feel overwhelming sadness, know that your grief equals your love. Sadness is your heart's personal tribute to the one you miss so desperately. As the desperation lessens, so will the sadness. Only the love will remain.
He heals the broken-hearted, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3
With prayer and sympathy ~
