Timothy Brent Obituary

Brent, Sr. Timothy W. Brent, Sr., 69, of Ashville, died December 18, 2013 at Berger Hospital. He was born December 28, 1943 in Pekin, IL, the son of Warren and Louise (Olsen) Brent. He was a U.S. Army veteran, retired from Goodyear Tire and worked at Capital Tire and BW Tire. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Hillary Kuhn. He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Gladwell) Brent; children, Danielle (Bryan) Kuhn and Timothy (Susan) W. Brent, Jr., all of Ashville; grandchildren, Bryan Kuhn, Jr., Aaron, Brittany, Taylor Kuhn and Cody, Olivia and Landon Brent; great grandchildren, Ryan Brent and Bryan Kuhn; sister, Susan Wright of Marceline, MO; many nieces and nephews. No services will be observed at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, www.Stjude.org. Arrangements under the direction of WELLMAN FUNERAL HOME.

I first met Tim back in August 1989 when I started at Goodyear. He was always very nice to me. Every time I would have a history question about baseball, He was my go to guy.. Tim was a very special person that will be truly be missed. And to the Brent family, He will always be in our hearts and prayers...
