to the entire riggs family, i felt it necessary to send our condolences from the george (bill) rausch family on learning of the death of warren. not only was warren my dad's attorney for years and years, but dad and warren were longtime friends for as long as i can remember. i also recall they shared december birthdays, because dad would always remind me, even during his ailing years, that he and warren would be turning another year older. our family lost dad on april 21, 2007 and 10 weeks later, we lost our brother, fred, on july 11. despite the losses families must endure, we must always believe they are all in a better place and remember all the great times and the great people they were while they spent their time on earth.
