Wayne Vanover Obituary

VANOVER Wayne Vanover, 69, of Columbus, OH, passed away March 21, 2011. He was born on January 17, 1942 in Dorton, KY to Junior and Hazel (Mullins) Vanover. Wayne retired after 41 years working for Pepsi Cola. He is preceded in death by his father and sister Jan Gage. Surviving family includes, loving wife, Linda (McFarland) Vanover; son, Anthony (Angela) Vanover; mother, Hazel Vanover; sisters, Wanda Hubbart, Jettie Hess, Mary Lou Walker; brother, Gary Vanover; grandchildren, Heather (Adam) Daniel, Michelle Vanover, Ashleigh Vanover; and great-granddaughter, Ryleigh Daniel. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2011 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORY, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2011 at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2485 Gantz Road, Grove City, OH. Interment will follow in Grove City Cemetery.
