Dorothy Roberts Obituary

Dorothy Sue Roberts, 82, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at Longwood Community Living Center in Booneville. She was born March 15, 1942, in Booneville to John Dewey and Delma Lesley. She was a member of New Prospect Independent Church, and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed playing the piano and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 17, 2024, at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Hamblin officiating. Burial will be in New Prospect Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

She is survived by one granddaughter, Raven Davis; and her friends at Longwood Community Living Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, R.L. Roberts; her daughter, Lisa Davis; her parents, John and Delma Lesley; and one grandson, Justin Cartwright.

Honorary pallbearers are Sid Cooper and the staff of Longwood Community Living Center.
