BOONEVILLE - Jimmy Lee Holland, 72, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Jimmy was a faithful Christian with a servant's heart and he lived to go to church and worship. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a retired roofer and employee of the Booneville Gas & Water Co. Jimmy was a member of the Vineyard Church. Funeral services will be held at the Vineyard Church on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Tracy Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Waters Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Shook Holland of Booneville; daughter, Candie Shae Jones (Walter) of Booneville; son, Mickey Holland of Booneville; sisters, Amanda Graham of Booneville and Sandy Yates (Greg) of Blue Mountain; sister-in-law, Missy Holland of Biggersville; grandchildren, Brooke Broussard (Jake), Blade Jones (Erica), Ashley Holland, Bryson Holland (Whitney), and Bailey Holland (Megan); host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Verlin and Emma Cartwright Holland; grandson, Lex Jones; brothers, Jackie Holland and his wife, Pat, Gary Holland, and Sammy Holland; his sister, Linda Rone. Pallbearers will be Bryson Holland, Bailey Holland, Blade Jones, Walter Jones, Braxton Chambers, Jake Broussard, and Mickey Holland.
