Dr. Dwight L. Crews Jr.

Dr. Dwight L. Crews Jr. of Geneva, Al passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019. He was 60 years old. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Dale Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Geneva with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until service time. Dr. Crews was born on December 28, 1958 in Geneva County, Al to Dwight L., Sr. and Joyce Pridgen Crews. He was a very loving and devoted husband, father, son and brother. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family request in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Purpose and Promise Ministers P.O. Box 14 Geneva, Al 36340. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Sherry Gilmore Crews; one son, Dwight L. "Trae" Crews III (Rebecca); Parents, Dwight L."Shug", Sr. and Joyce Pridgen Crews; one sister, Mona Crews; and 2 grandchildren, Madison and Quinton, all of Geneva, AL, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
