You left us too soon. I can't believe I'll never again get to see your beaming smile and mischievous grin. These past two years will not be forgotten. We definitely had some good times messing w/ each other. I got you that Phoenix game like you wanted...but I wasn't going to give it to you until you did those cartwheels you had promised last year. You'll be sorely missed. Take care up there. I'll see you there one day. Condolences to the family.

Words can not express how much I will miss you. God brought you into my life for a reason and I am truly thankful and blessed for that time. I miss your smile, your infectous laugh and your swager when you walked. My kids will always remember you for you kindness and genorosity. I know I have another angel looking down on me. Chuck, I cannot believe you're gone. We just spoke not long ago about things going on in our lives. You talked about your promotion with the City, traveling & returning your Escalade just the day prior. I talked about purchasing a new home & life with kids. I still cannot believe this has happened. I just looked at your name stored in my cell phone today & smiled. I know you are in a better place, but I wish God would not have taken you so soon. Charles, you will be missed. I can still hear your laughter in the hallway and miss seeing you pass the recptionist area. How I will miss the days that you and I spoke about everything from sports, to life, to work, and the days of growing up on Seneca Street. You were a true inspiration for me and ever since the days that I have known you as "little Chuckie" growing up on Seneca Street, you have excelled to be a true giant amonng men.
