Craig and his family lived near us in Lafayette. I remember Craig as a nice friendly young boy and we hung out together at times. The Bruzzone family moved and I lost touch of Craig. I'm so sorry to hear about his passing and the families grief.

I just heard about Craig's passing yesterday from Chris Stark. I am saddened greatly. I went to Acalanes and Cal with Craig, in fact I am in the picture with Craig of the 1976-77 Alpha Tau Omega Soccer Team that is attached to this web page. He was a great man. I can remember him flying a few fraternity brothers up to Colombia back in college. Lafayette will miss Craig. RIP

I just came across your guest book by doing a name search for my old friends Jackie and John Ciapponi who I've been trying to locate for several years now. I also worked at USL, but unfortunately I didn't have the privilege of knowing Craig that well. However, I remember him being a very nice guy, always with a smile, a pleasant demeanor, and a man of integrity. If memory serves me right, Craig gave away Jackie at her wedding to John, and if I’m wrong it’s still appropriate as Jackie was my sponsor when I converted to Catholicism. I recently connected with many former USL employees on Linkedin, USL was like family to many of us and I’m saddened to hear that we lost one of our members.
Although it’s been years, I send my deepest sympathy to Craig’s family, and hopefully you’ll regard this as a spiritual act of power, knowing that Craig is still here in spirit. I still have not been able to locate my old friends Jackie and John, and if you happen to see this and know how to get in touch with them, please do tell them that Craig sent me your way.. God Bless….

I am so sorry to hear of Craigs passing. I was a room mate of Craigs on Summit Circle in Walnut Creek. I came to respect Craig through his genuine interest in people and his thirst for knowledge, I never had the opportunity to say how much I admired him. Lisa, my deepest sympathy goes to you and your children.

Lisa & Family.....I am so sorry for your loss. I have been living on the East Coast for nearly 20 years, and sadly haven't seen or talked to Craig in moons, but I remember him well. A rock-solid guy, with a BIG heart, and a "light up your room" smile! And one of the major reasons why I became an ATO. Lisa my heart goes out to you and the kids. God Speed through this difficult time. Fondly, Frank

I heard the news yesterday and I had to sit down I was so shaken.
Craig was my next door neighbor and my childhood friend, my best friend really through grade school, high school and into college. We shared so many great memories.
I will always remember his smile, his laugh. And the way he used to call me "Linz." We played in his backyard fort as kids when his sister Cindy and his brother Billy were just babies. Craig and I teased each other about grade school crushes, groused about how much we hated homework, and loved to play sports together. We had some great tackle football games with the neighborhood kids on the Bruzzone front lawn. And we would always try to be on the same team together. He would always be the quarterback and I would be the wide receiver. I still remember him throwing me the winning touchdown pass against our arch rival middle school when we were in 7th grade.
And though we each had our own sets of friends in high school and college, our personal friendship remained a special one. I could always call on him and he could call on me if we needed each other. I remember him as a star soccer player at Acalanes and how humble he was about it. I also remember how we rushed fraternities at Cal together hoping to pledge the same one so that we could be fraternity brothers.
After college, I moved back east, and we gradually lost touch. Craig made his life here, married his college sweetheart, had three great kids, and made many friends.
Having recently relocated to Berkeley, I had hopes of getting together again. So, yesterday, while I was looking his name up in a Cal Alumni registry, I got the news of his passing.
I still can't believe it. And I'm so sad.
Craig was one of the kindest, funniest, and warmest people I've ever known. He was and will remain an important person in my life. I was so lucky to have been his friend.
My love and prayers go out to Lisa, Chelsea, Callie and Devon, Cindy and Bill, and MIlt and Jeanann.

Dear Lisa and family,
I am so saddened to learn today that Craig passed away. I had the great pleasure to work with Craig during his time at GATX and thought the world of him. He was a kind teacher and mentor to me, and many others in the office, and also a heck of a lot of fun to work with. I appreciated very much having the chance to know him.
He always spoke fondly of you and the girls and always had a story of something new that his daughters were doing. You clearly were the center of his world. My deepest sympathies to all of you.

My deepest sympathies to Craig's family in this time of great difficulty and loss. My memories of Craig will always include how kind and welcoming he was when I was a new and very junior ATO, and his thousand-watt smile that always reflected how much he enjoyed being with his friends.
God bless Craig, and his family.

When I think of Craig, it will always be with a smile, because that is the effect he had on those around him. I have such great memories of him going back to High School at Acalanes, at CAL with Lisa, and in our 'gourmet dinner' club as newly married couples. Our prayers are with Lisa and the girls in this most difficult time.

Lisa and Family,
I am sorry and saddened to hear of Craig's passing. He was one of my friends as well as a client. I know he loved you and the girls very much and was always there to cheer you on. Take comfort in knowing that he will always be watching over all of you. My deepest affection and sympathies.

Dear Lisa,
Our hearts and our prayers go out to you, the girls, Craig's parents and siblings. Although Matt and I haven't seen you and Craig since your wedding, we will always remember his fun-loving and caring nature, and his perpetual smile. I will miss my ATO little brother, coed soccer buddy and friend.
Irene (AOPi) Brewster
Along with Irene's condolences, I'd like to add that Craig was one of those rare individuals who's memories are only those of good times, worth remembering and treasured. Of the many people with whom I've spent time and yet haven't had the opportunity to remain in contact, Craig was one of those who would occasionally come to mind, always a fond and pleasant thought. We will all miss him, but forever remember him.

My deepest sympathies.
I worked with Craig several years ago at US Leasing and will always have the greatest respect for him both personally and professionally. Although there were limited opportunities to meet you, the family, please know that Craig would often talk with great pride about you and of course with extra emphasis on his daughters. I recall Craig bringing everyone into the office when they were young, dressed up in white dresses, so all could see what was clearly the center of his life.
Take care and please realize his positive impact and influence spanned far beyond those you might know.

Lisa, I'm so sorry to learn of Craig's passing -- it seems like just yesterday when we were all at Cal together -- you guys were an incredible couple. I understand that you and Craig have three beautiful children -- your daughters can take comfort in the fact that their father was loved and respected by so many -- he will be truly missed.

I am a former co-worker of Craig's and managed the company apartment in New York. Craig and family had an occasion to stay there while he was on a business trip. As a "thank you" for arranging the stay, the children made me a signed vase in a ceramic class. It was a sweet gesture and speaks to the type of parents they have.
My condolences to the entire Bruzzone family.

My prayers and thoughts are with you, Lisa and your lovely children.

How does one memorialize ones brother in a few words. Craig was my best friend, confident, my brother. As these days come and go I will miss the ability to call you or just stop by and talk. I will always have the memories of times with him and family and friends but no more new ones to be made. I will be praying for Lisa, the kids, Mom and Dad and Cindy for the strength to carry on through these extremely trying times. Craig, I will always love you.
