Evelyn was born and raised in The Bronx, daughter of William Robert and Eunice Nebling. She became an R.N., like her mother, and was very devoted to her work in health care. Evelyn continued to work, even after her M.S. diagnosis, until she was physically unable. She was a loving mother and grandmother, survived by Jax and Soledad Bible respectively.
