My name is DeWayne Blacketer and Stephen is a 2nd cousin of mine. I'm extremely sorry to find out that "Steph", as I called him, has passed away. I had lost contact with him years ago while I was living and working in Korea and in the Pacific area.
" Steph" has been and remains my most favorite cousin, I shall regret not having been able to speak with him as long as I live.

Sincerely,

DeWayne Blacketer
