Although I never got the pleasure to meet you face to face I can still remember the day I got to speak to you through a mutual acquaintance. I have always been a huge fan from the time you began local performances at chit chat back in the day up to seeing you at various concerts. I can tell you are a good person who touched numerous lives. I pray your legacy lives on and everyone remembers the positive things you've done. May God bless and watch over your kids, family and friends.

Mariel was a real cool guy. He believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. When I would see him in the mall or in various neighborhoods, he never switched up. He remained humble, inspiring and truly a wonderful person to be around. I was so excited when I see he made his dream of becoming a rapper come true. Mariel, I will always cherish the memories of you near and dear to my heart. This is truly a heart pill to swallow. Until we meet again, Rest Easy my friend. I send my condolences to the Orr family, May the Peace of God give you strength in your time of sorrow.
