Jeffrey Pamplin Obituary

Jeffrey (Jeff) Alan Pamplin, 56, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday (May 20, 2017) in Huntsville Hospital. A native of Lincoln County, he was the son of Donald Ray Pamplin and Janice Kay Moore Pamplin. He was a 1979 graduate of Flintville High School and upon graduating served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Pamplin enjoyed spending time working on his guns and cars. He currently worked for Goodman Manufacturing. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Glenda Ann Cannon Pamplin; children, Alicia Nicole Gothard and Dawson Ray Pamplin; brothers, Kenneth Ray (Jacki) Pamplin, and Troy Kieth (Michelle) Pamplin; mother-in-law, Judy Kay Cannon; sister-in-law, Brenda Kay (Tammy Sharp) Cannon; and numerous extended family and friends. Mr. Pamplin was preceded in death by his brother, Derrick Todd Pamplin, in 1995, paternal-grandparents, Ernest Dink Pamplin and Velaria Estelle Price Pamplin, and maternal-grandparents Walter and Ettie Moore. Visitation with the family will be 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, at Higgins Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 24, at Higgins, with Rev. Tim Rice officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. Higgins Funeral Home is charge of arrangements.

I am very sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in prayer, family and friends. A bible verse I have found to be of comfort is 2 Corinthains 1:3,4. I hope you to can find some comfort with this during this difficult time.
