Arturo Ontiveros Obituary
El Paso - Our precious brother, Arturo Ontiveros (Tury) passed away January 20, 2021 at the age of 80. Tury was a very active member of Santa Teresita Catholic Church in Buena Vista, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dolores Ruth Ontiveros his parents, Jose and Ana Ontiveros, his sister Margret Mirandy and his brothers Joe Ontiveros and Manny Ontiveros. He is survived by his two sisters, Lilly Mazzocchi (Tony) and Abigail Leahy and many nephews and nieces. Visitation will be from 1:00pm - 4:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 2:00pm on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home - Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass Dr. Committal Service to follow at 10:00am on Tuesday, February 02, 2021 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Uncle Tury is what my family and I called him, because he was like my uncle plus he was my godfather, we have many sweet memories of Uncle Tury. I loved him. He will be dearly missed by all. May the Good Lord bring peace and comfort to all his loved ones.
