Debbie Callaway Obituary
Debbie was born in Utica, N.Y., July 4, 1950, the daughter of Walter Czerniawski and wife Doris, nee Peacut. She was united in marriage to Fred Callaway Oct. 11, 1980, in O'Fallon. They celebrated 36 years of marriage.
Debbie lit up a room when she came into it. She was a friendly and caring person, who had a passion for life. Debbie and Fred owned Brewskies, Warrenton, for 23 years. She loved going to the beach and enjoyed unwinding with a glass of Chardonnay. Debbie loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Callaway; three sons, Tony Gagliano and wife Brandy, Joey Gagliano and wife Jenny, and T. J. Gagliano; five grandchildren, Sophia and Grayson Gagliano, Ting Lao, Joenni Heng-Carrion, and Cassidy Gagliano; two brothers, Walter Czerniawski and Billy Merry; two sisters, Denise Smith, and Fran Walters and husband Dave; many other relatives and friends.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Doris, and one brother, C. Z.
A memorial visitation was held Thursday, July 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home, Warrenton.
A memorial service followed at 7 p.m.
A gathering in honor of Debbie was held at Brewskies following the memorial service.
Memorial donations are preferred to the family of Debbie Callaway (an account has been set up at PNC Bank, Warrenton), in care of Martin Funeral Home, 510 E. Main St., Warrenton, MO 63383.
