Sandra Wink Obituary

Sandra "Sandi" Elaine Wink, nee Bay, 41, Union, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

Sandi was born March 29, 1980, in Washington, the daughter of Raymond Bay and Kathy Ramey. Sandi received her education in Union and graduated from Union High School in 1999. She later attended East Central College and earned her associate's degree in 2015. Sandi was united in marriage to Harrison Wink June 27, 2008, in Union, and the couple made their home in Union. Due to Sandi's health, she held several jobs over the years. Her last job was in a day care. Sandi was a member of the Ridge Church in Villa Ridge. As a child, Sandi enjoyed playing softball. Sandi loved the Food Network and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her husband, Harrison Wink, Union; her mother, Kathy Ramey, Union; her father, Ray Bay and wife Kathy, Union; four sisters, Ashley Joyce (David),Springfield, and Shanna Callow (Aaron Lynn), Ann Kandlbinder (Josh) and Brittany Callow, all of Union; eight nieces; two nephews; other relatives and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Raymond Bay.

A funeral service was held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, at Oltmann Funeral Home, Union, with Pastor Roger Johnson officiating.

Burial followed in the Union City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the family for funeral expenses, with checks made payable to Oltmann Funeral Home.

The Wink family is served by Oltmann Funeral Home, Union.
