Timothy Hammer Obituary
Tim's proudest contribution to this world was his son Damian Timothy Clay Hammer.
"My dad liked to play with me a lot. He was also nice and kind. He liked to go fishing A LOT, and build big fires. He helped us A LOT. Then Dad went with God..."… From the heart via the lips of a child.
He loved to read, walk and bike with his family and friends. Another passion was to share nature's wonders. As a youth, Tim found school a challenge, therefore was surprised and proud to obtain a 4.0 GPA in his university studies. He was taken from us at the young age of 34. He will be heartily missed.
He was survived by his son, Damian Hammer, his mother Lena Hammer, his brother Shawn Hammer, and his step-father Barry Fosburg.
Visitation with friends and family will be held at McLane Church 12511 Edinboro Rd. Edinboro, Pa. 16412, Tuesday, September 27th from 5 - 6 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m.
Askins Cremation Funeral Services, 8354 Wattsburg Rad, Erie, Pa. 16509, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Tim, we have been friends for almost 20 years now, we made a ton of great memories and some not so great ones. We used to hang out almost everyday after school and then later on you practically lived with Benny and me at my old house on Lakeside and we had so much fun at that house!
We grew apart over the years which tends to happen, but when we did run into each other it was like no time had passed at all. I know you had your son Damien and he made you very happy and proud. You were a good father and a good friend. I'm going to miss you bro. Thanks for all the great memories my friend. Rest in Peace Tim, I'll catch ya on the flip.
