David S. Edmonds
January 20, 1960 - June 16, 2016
McSherrystown
David Scott Edmonds, 56, of McSherrystown, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016, at the Hanover Hospital.
Born January 20, 1960 in Clinchco, VA, he was the son of the late Gloria Stanley.
David was a member of the McSherrystown Moose and the Hanover Republican Club. He was an avid Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are two children: Brandi Cook and her husband Brandon of Southaven, MS and Krystina Edmonds and her companion Cody Fairchild of Horn Lake, MS; one granddaughter, Layla Cook; three sisters, Teresa Kluckowski, Darlene Turner, and Janet Hyler; two brothers, William Wise and his wife Peggy and Richard Wise and his wife Lesa.
A Celebration of Life service was held 7 pm Monday, June 20, 2016 at Murphy Funeral Home, McSherrystown, with Pastor Timothy Kielley officiating.

fun memories ! in the 60's going bowling on Friday nites then all the guys going to murphys too get a toy with part of our allowance sat. nites catching night crawlers to go fishing sunday morn. playing wall ball out front of ms. glorias house building down hill racers, chopper bikes, ballons on the spokes for noise, hanging over the S.P.C.A and many other things to do back when we were allowed too be kids Wow. scotty will be missed !!!

Sorry for your loss girls.Your dad was like a brother to me but he always told everyone I was Momma Donna.Can't beleive he is gone.Remember the good memories and now you have another angel looking down and keeping you safe.Keeping you girls,his brother and sister in my thoughts.
