Nancy Jean Cool

Nancy Jean Cool, 45, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at Hanover Hospital. Born Jan. 30, 1960, in Corry, Pa., she was a daughter of Barbara Jean (Locey) Myers, Pittsfield, and the late Richard E. Perrin. Nancy was employed with Hanover Direct for the past 22 years. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, LisaJo Marie Smith and husband, Justin of Hanover; a son, Jason Daniel Cool at home; her former husband of 25 years, Steve M. Cool of New Oxford; maternal grandfather, John Locey of St. Cloud, Fla.; Special Grandma, Laura Lillian Bemis of Corry; a sister, Judy Ann Thom of Pittsfield; a brother, Thomas Martin Bauer of Spring Creek; a half sister, Cindy Pratt of Tennessee; and two stepsisters, Shashawn Maze and Melissa Anderson of Youngsville. She was predeceased by two brothers, Richard B. Perrin and Lonnie E. Bauer; her maternal grandmother, Ruth Locey; and her motherin-law, Barbara Ann Cool. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, with the Rev. Kevin T. Shively officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The viewing will be Friday evening at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers are Brian Kemper, David Wolf, Herb Parsley, Bill Thom, Mike Cool, Thomas Bauer, Wayne Cool and Tim Cool.
