Tucker Jacobitz Obituary
He was born on May 23, 2011, the son of Jason and Courtney (LaPlante) Jacobitz.

He is survived by his parents, Jason and Courtney Jacobitz of Fond du Lac; his brother, Jensen; maternal grandmother, Susan LaPlante of Fond du Lac; paternal grandmother, Carol (Rich Bruesch) Jacobitz of Fond du Lac; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives; and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert La- Plante; and his paternal grandfather, Wayne Jacobitz.
VISITATION: Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, from 10 a.m. until noon, at Holy Family Church, 271 4th St. Way, Fond du Lac.
SERVICES: Funeral services held Wednesday, Oct. 12, at noon, at Holy Family Church, with the Rev. David Funk officiating.
Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
