of Fitchburg; 82
FITCHBURG -- Walter J. LeBlanc, 82 of Fitchburg died Monday October 21, 2013 in HealthAlliance/Leominster Hospital. Mr. LeBlanc was born in Fitchburg on August 25, 1931 son of John C. and Delia (Goguen) LeBlanc.
Before retiring several years ago he owned Montachusett Chimney and Slate Service. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Fitchburg.
His wife Joanne (Lemieux) LeBlanc died in 2011. His former wife Theresa (O'Leary) Zbikowski died in 2013. He leaves two sons John F. LeBlanc of Fitchburg and Paul R. LeBlanc and his wife Deborah of Fitchburg, one daughter Debra Cole of Lunenburg, one brother Harold LeBlanc and his wife Elaine of Fitchburg, one sister Yvonne Roof in New Hampshire, five grandchildren: Christopher May, Alicia May, Nicolas May, Matthew May and Paul LeBlanc Jr., five great-grandchildren; Jalena May, Ryan Leblanc, Lucas May, Zaiden May and Logan May, two stepdaughters Linda Leone and Lisa O'Connell, one step great-granddaughter, a sister-in-law Irene LeBlanc, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Walter J. LeBlanc Jr., a brother Leo LeBlanc and his sisters Doris Wilson, Irene Dean, Lorraine Gayarsky and Rita Camerer.
LEBLANC -- A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, Oct 24th at 11:00am in St. Joseph Church, 49 Woodland St., Fitchburg. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wednesday evening from 6 until 8pm in Aubuchon-Moorcroft Funeral Home, 132 Woodland St., Fitchburg, MA.
