Dear Joey, Becca, Sherry:

It has been many years since I have seen all of you. I was the blonde, 3rd. wheel following Debbie & Smit. on their dates. Boy, did we have fun!Deb and I were young girls involved with Kung-fu...and I was the one being picked on for wearing make-up & earrings to class! Your Dad was to me the sweetest and most generous man around us. I think of him and smile always with love. God bless you always, and may you have peace knowing his great love for you all. Jan xx

In loving memory of a great person, Smitty was very generous to me in my time of need. I showed up in Florida well ahead of schedule with no where to go and having never met him, he offered me a place to stay for as long as I needed to get set up. I will not forget him I only had the opportunity to meet him once but he took me in with only the knowledge that I was his brothers grandson, and that was enough for him. Thank you Fred for your hospitality. My condolences to your family.

My deepest sympathy goes out to my nieces and nephew. I never really got acquainted w/my brother Fred until this last March. I am so glad Sandi and I spent some time in March getting to know him, and meeting his children & granchildren.

Joseph & Sherri

I offer my most sincere condolences in the loss of your father. He was a great man and loved by many. Your father was a very kind, charitable and wise man and I was fortunate to have known him. He was generous and patient with me in passing on some of his vast knowledge in the martial arts to me. He will be greatly missed and I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers always and he will forever live in my memories. Because of your father I shall always be a “Fire Dragon of the Woods”. May you find peace and harmony in life.

Your father was so proud of all of you. I had a short visit with him recently and he was very kind loving and he truly loved you all. During our visit he showed off all of his pictures he had on display of you guys and spoke of you all so proudly.
I will always hold him dear to my heart for he was a great influence in my younger years during the Kung-Fu days.
You guys are in our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathy goes to my brother's children. Although I did not get to see my brother often, I loved him very much and when we were younger I will never forget his lessons to me in the Kung Fu field, he taught me to defend myself, (thank God I have never had too.) I was so thankful for the trip he made with me 3 years ago to bring me home, I got to reconnect with him and enjoyed the trip to Florida to see him and his family.
