Carol Shriver Obituary
A graveside service will be held Wednesday (March 1) at 1 p.m. at St. Michaels Cemetery in Penn Yan.
Carol was born on August 5, 1949, the youngest of seven children to the late Harry and Sarah McLoud. She was predeceased by her parents; husband Eric Shriver; and siblings, including, Raymond (Jane) McLoud, Joyce (Alfred) Hammond, Joan Herriott, Alan McLoud, Margaret Hannan; sister-in-law Barb McLoud, infant son James Shriver.
She is survived by her daughter, Mindy Gilbert of Geneva; son Brian (Pamela) Shriver of Branchport; brother Eugene McLoud of Penn Yan; grandchildren, Henry and Alyssa Shriver; and several nieces and nephews.
Carol worked many years at the Canandaigua VA Medical as a CNA. She also worked formerly at Penn Yan Boats. She also worked for Fox's Refinishing, refinishing furniture.
