David DeSmith Obituary
Calling hours will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday (June 11, 2017) at Egypt Location, 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Monday (June 12, 2017) at Church of the Assumption (Fairport) and Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery in Penn Yan.
In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the Keuka Comfort Care Home, PO Box 107, Penn Yan, NY 14527.
Survived by children Deborah (Jeffry) Bell, Gregory (Sara) DeSmith;
grandchildren Ryan and Connor Bell and Caleb, Chloe, Curtis DeSmith; many nieces and nephews; and devoted companion, Nancy Bellini.
David was predeceased by beloved wife, Mary Jane; and brother,
John.

Missed by many....especially, by Nancy!!! Until one loses a spouse , one cannot identify with the profoundness of grief that occurs.....and will last into a lifetime.

Dick and I were so sorry to hear of Dave's illness and passing. We knew him through Nancy and found him to be a gentle, caring man.
