Henry Landschoot Obituary
Friends are invited to a graveside service at 10 a.m. on Wednesday (December 1) in St. Francis Cemetery in Phelps.
Henry was born April 27, 1926, in Phelps, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Landschoot. He married his wife, Irene (Fechina-Henning) in 1946 and they spent 72 years together. They worked side by side at the family owned Landsdale Poultry Farm and had a market in Rochester for many years. Henry enjoyed hunting and fishing with neighbors and friends. After retiring, the couple traveled, had many hobbies together, fished at their cottage in Clyde, and planned annual camping trips with their family.
He is survived by his children, Henry (Jane) Landschoot Jr. of Waterloo, April Landschoot of Buffalo, Paul (Celeste) Landschoot of Phelps, and Leslie Landschoot of Phelps; grandchildren, Beth (Johnathan), Craig, Jennifer, Paul Jr. (Angela), Sarah (Cody), Devon and Amber; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his loving wife Irene; and two brothers, Francis and Arthur.
Funeral arrangements have been made with the Cheney Funeral Home, 70 Main St., Phelps.

Please pass on My condolences to the Landschoot family. My parents Bob and Lela were great friends with Hank and Irene. I have many fond memories spending time with the Landschoots on the Farm and at the cottage at Peaceful Valley. Praying for all of the Landschoots at this time of sorrow.
