KENNETH DALE "a.k.a. GRANDPA HARLEY" SAYLOR, 63, of Fort Wayne, went to be with his Lord on Monday, March 5, 2018, 2:59 p.m., after a hard fought battle with cancer. Ken was born on Aug. 3, 1954, in Pineville, Ky. He graduated from Elmhurst High School in 1973 and immediately started working at Dana Incorporated. He retired in 2006 after almost 33 years of service and 10 years as the Local 903 Union President. When he wasn't spending time with his family, Ken loved to ride the open air on one of his two Harley Davidsons. He was very passionate about politics, even running for Fort Wayne City Council in 2010. Ken was a loving and caring father, husband, grandfather, and friend to all. Ken is survived by his wife, Debra (Justice) Saylor of Huntertown; daughters, Amber (Kevin) Faus, Haley (Christopher) Erb, Kendell (David) Feaker and Jordan; son, Cameron (Cassie); stepchildren, Jenna (Brian) Biggins and Jimmy Weber; 12 beautiful grandchildren; mother, Ora (Howard) Saylor; and sister Delana (John) Dray. He was preceded in death by his father, Gladys; and stepson, Jeff Justice. Memorial service is from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2018, at The Chapel, 2405 W. Hamilton Road South, Fort Wayne, with calling 3 to 5 p.m. A celebration of life gathering is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2018, at the Classic Cafe Event Center, 4832 Hillegas Road, Fort Wayne.
