LINDA SUE ARTHUR

LINDA SUE ARTHUR, 56, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, at St. Joseph Hospital. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, she attended Snider High School and later acquired her diploma in 2002. She worked at and later owned the Four Mile House, in New Haven, Ind., until 1996. She also owned her business L & D Flagcar LLC for over ten years. Linda loved to travel, especially where she could find a place to relax and fish. She was also a big fan of country music and attended many concerts, making some unforgettable memories. She was memorable, loved, and cherished by all that knew her well. Surviving are her daughter Nicole M. Arthur of Fort Wayne; her caring and loving brother, Richard E. Stoker of Fort Wayne; sister, Barbara A. (Jon) Clifton of Fort Wayne; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Albert and Eva JoAnn Stoker; and her husband of 11 years, the love of her life, Ronald E. "Ronnie" Arthur. Service is 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the family.
