Dear Friends in Christ,
Jule and I extend our hearts and prayers to the family of Opel Adams. We so enjoyed being with The Adams Family and the family of Stokes Chapel. We have fond memories of sitting at the table so often and sharing in good food, fellowship, and our common faith. We know that she is with God and may our Faith in Christ give us hope. May God be with you all.
Peace and Joy,
Rev. Stephen and Julie Beach

Debbie and Family, Am so sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a wonderful person. She always had a smile for everyone. She is the true example of a person who enjoyed life to the fullest. Our families have been friends for over 60 years. We have lots of memories of our visits to your home in Freemont. Your mom would never let us leave without feeding us and/or sending some of her homemade goodies home with us. Remember making ice cream? And the assembly line making 30-40 pies at a time? You all came to our farm lots of times. Your mom and our mom were always doing some major cooking! That's what I like about memories. Though we aren't able to attend the services please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know she will be missed, your memories will keep your mom with you always.

Don and I were saddened to hear of Opal's passing. I met her and Shirley when they went on their Emmaus Walk in Jackson around 1999. We became instant friends and sisters in Christ.
What a precious reunion they must have had on Thursday.
