Dot will remain in my heart as one of my most devoted and special patients for the decades I worked in her dental office as her hygienist. She made an impact on anyone she encountered with her demeanor and with her perspective, taught us how to roll with the punches and keep plodding ahead with a positive attitude. I extend my sincerest condolences to her family and also her caretakers at Carriage HIll, where she spent the last chapter of her life. We are all better people because of her.

To all of Dots family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I'm am still shocked and saddened. I miss her very much. She definitely became a good friend, and I love and miss her so much. I will never ever forget her. Whenever I hear Elvis, or see a chipmunk, or a bug zapper, a fox tail looking duster, Wii bowling, or even a cup of black coffee, I will think about Dot. Thank you for letting me be apart of all of your lives over the years. I love you all, and may Dot now be in peace with her husband, and Elvis. lots of love and hugs to you all.
Sincerely, Angela Flinkstrom

You were the coolest grandmother anyone could ask for! You took us bowling, roller skating to the movies and everyone always thought we were your kids You always let us stay up to watch Dallas on the many weekends we had sleep overs at your house. You will be missed more than you know. Love you so much❤

I will always remember with fondness traveling to Rochester to stay with Aunt Dot. I remember as a child staying up late when we got to Nutter St and sitting in the kitchen with Aunt Dot and my mother just chit-chatting and catching up. What I remember is sitting on the piano stool. What wonderful memories!
