Elizabeth Huston Obituary

Mrs. Elizabeth C. Huston, 82, of Frederick, died Friday, Nov. 29, at Glade Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, WaIkersville.

She was the wife of Floyd K. Huston, who died in 1981.

Born Aug. 27, 1920, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline Bauer Cline.

Mrs. Huston was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She and her husband used to spend time boating on the Chesapeake Bay.

Mrs. Huston also spent a number of years with the Frederick Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

Surviving are three children, Susie Pedersen and husband Pete of Gettysburg, Pa., Kenneth Huston and wife Martha of Falls Church, Va., and Gayle Huston of Frederick; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mary Tappe of Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Huston was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, with the Rev. William C. Kercheval, of Mount Bethel United Methodist Church, Foxville, officiating.

Interment will be private.
