Quite a distinguished life well lived. I remember his mother “ Miss Gazelle” as a powerful soloist at Fowlers United Methodist church. Condolences to the family, as you continue the legacy of a musically talented family of people who praise the Lord in song .

To my dear H.S classmate, Normine Allen Brown, and the Brown family, please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved husband of 37 years and your father.
Although I never had the honor of meeting Joseph, Normine and I remained in close communication—especially during this past year as Joseph’s health declined. Normine was a devoted and faithful wife, living out the true meaning of the marital vows: through sickness and in health, until death parted them.
Rest peacefully, Sir, and thank you for your service.
With love,
Cynthia Perry
