Eileen Andersen Obituary
Brighton - Eileen Kay Andersen, age 81, passed away on June 13th, 2021 after a short battle with Multiple Myeloma. She was born in Detroit, Michigan February 25th, 1940 to Harry and Irene Murray. Eileen was married to the love of her life Bill L. Andersen for 54 years until his passing in 2018. She wore many hats in her lifetime including entertaining children as "Chloe the Clown" and "Pinky the Maid". A life long love of art & crafts of all kinds, she kept busy making gifts for all she knew. Her greatest joy in life was being a Mother and Grandmother, spending time with friends in Michigan and Florida and gardening year round.
Eileen is survived by her siblings, sister Carolyn and the late Robert Lew of Alabama and brothers Bill (Janet) Murray of Colorado and Fred (Gail) Murray of California. Children Kristine (Kurt) Gerster of Brighton, Michigan and Bill (Dawn) Andersen also of Brighton. Grandchildren Katie (Kirk) Goleniak, Kal Gerster and Will and Ashlee Andersen.
A Celebration of Eileen's life will be held later this year in Brighton at Keehn-Griffin Funeral Home. Share a "Memorial Tribute" with the family at Keehngriffinfuneralhome.com
