Eric Ure

Brighton - Eric L. Ure ("Rico"), 64, on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at his home in Brighton, MI.

Loving father of Maegan and Eric, Jr. Predeceased by his wife, Anna Marie, his parents George and Barbara, and his brothers, Daniel and Neil. Loving companion of Cindy Browning. He is also survived by his sister Karen of Windsor, ON and his brother, Curt of Sturgeon Falls, ON.

As per Eric's wishes, cremation has taken place and he has asked that his ashes be kept with other fallen members of his MC club.

Online condolences and cherished memories may be shared with the family. There will be a private celebration of life for close family and friends.

Eric and Maegan, Your father was an extraordinary man. . . Strong, brave, fiercely protective of those he loved, smart as a whip, and generous. . . And the world will be much less colorful without him in it. He truly was larger than life. I will so miss his visits and rich story-telling. Keeping you both in my thoughts. xo

Eric was like another brother. Though we didn't all see him often, he was my brother Roger's best bud. Our heartfelt condolences to Karen and the rest of the family. Rest in peace and ride free.
