- - Patsy passed away August 28, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family. Age 84. Formerly of Southfield. Proud graduate of Michigan State University, School of Education. Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Dear mother of Phillip "Ted," Catherine McGeen (Dan) and Richard (Barbara). Grandmother of Colin, Sydney, Kailee and Isabella. Sister of Polly Elder. Sister-in-law of Janice Goyette (the late Renald). Also many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 1, 2018, 10am until Funeral Service 11am at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward Ave. (btwn 13-14 Mile), 248-549-0500. Memorial tributes to American Cancer Society.
