RONALD Of Southfield. November 16, 1939 - February 28, 2016. Son of George and Dorothea. Husband of Elizabeth. Father of Ann Marie, Gregory, Rebecca, Patrick, Joseph, and Jane. Grandfather to four grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday, March 2 from 4-8 p.m. Rosary at 7 p.m. at Haley Funeral Directors, 24525 Northwestern Hwy., Southfield, MI 48075. Catholic Mass will be Thursday, March 3, 10 a.m. at Church of the Transfiguration, 25225 Code Rd., Southfield, MI. Online condolences may be left at

We will miss Ron. I know he enjoyed being in the Knights of Columbus and the Fatima Rosary in October was a favorite event of his. He always talked about the Rosary when we'd see him at 4:30 mass. Our condolences to all his family.

I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I wish your family strength in this difficult time. Ron was a mentor and friend of mine at General Motors. We traveled together many times and I enjoyed his wisdom and good cheer. He will be missed.
