Arpie Boghosian Obituary

ARPIE PENNY BOGHOSIAN Penny was born on January 17, 1927, in Fresno, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dickran and Emast Kavoukjian; and her son, Samuel Jeffrey Boghosian; sisters-in-law, Hasmig Boghosian, and Joan Haroutunian. She went to join her good Lord on Tuesday, March 22, 2004. She will best be remembered by her fun personality, making everyone laugh, her very sharp wit, sense of humor, and loving and giving ways. As an aunt she was a second mother to all her nieces and nephews as well as their children. She would sacrifice her time to help others in time of need. She was a joy and pleasure to be with. She will be missed. She was a member of the American Ex-P.O.W. wives and Trinity Guild of Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church. She is survived by her husband, S. Samuel Boghosian, the love of her life; son, Richard Boghosian; sisters, Hasmig Aaronian, and Queenie Marsoobian; sisters-in-law, Shirley Paboojian, and Joyce Boghosian; brothers-in-law, Sirag Samson, Joseph and Marty Boghosian; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held at Yost & Webb Funeral Home on Sunday, March 28, 2004, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., and on Monday, March 29, 2004, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church, on Monday, March 29, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Ararat Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Holy Trinity Armenian Apostolic Church or donor's favorite charity. YOST & WEBB FUNERAL HOME1002 "T" St. 237-4147
